Following the Welsh governments decision to move the country to alert level 4 and impose a national lockdown, plus the current ongoing uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to make the decision to cancel all tours that are due to depart before Monday 4th April 2021.
We will be contacting all customers who due to travel with us before Monday the 4th of April 2021 in departure date order as quickly as possible to offer a transfer to an alternative departure or a full refund and would like to thank you in advance for your patience whilst we contact everyone.
Please note that due to the national lockdown we have amended our usual opening hours and we are currently working with a very limited team. Currently we are contactable by telephone on Tuesday & Wednesday only between 10:00 and 14:00. If you do have a query regarding your holiday, we do ask if possible that you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will get back to you as soon as we can.
As the outlook starts to look increasingly brighter for a gradual move away from Covid restrictions over the coming weeks on the back of the rapidly expanding vaccination programme, we continue to take bookings for holidays departing from Monday 4th of April 2021 onwards. During this time, we are encouraging all our customers to reserve your next holiday or short break online through our website. All our departures for 2021 are now available to view and book on our website.
We are aware that many of our customers are eagerly waiting to receive a copy of our 2021 brochure and please be assured this will be with you shortly. We have purposely delayed printing our brochure this year but are pleased to advise it will be posted out at the end of February.
It will soon be time to start travelling again and we are looking forward to welcoming you all back on holiday, but in the meantime, we will continue to monitor the situation and ask that you take care and stay safe and thank you for your continued support.
