Enjoy a great long weekend break taking in a visit to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery at Laverstoke Mill in rural Hampshire, plus a delightful cruise on the River Thames with afternoon tea served on board the boat. The distillery is in a conservation area with over 1,000 years of history. It showcases the care, skill and artistry behind every drip of Bombay Sapphire and gives you the chance to discover the flavours of the botanicals which make Bombay Sapphire Gin so unique.
The contemporary four star Hilton hotel is situated on the outskirts of Reading. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, television, Wi-fi, telephone, mini bar and tea & coffee making facilities. The hotel also features a restaurant and bar plus a leisure club with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Lift to all floors.

We travel south to the enchanting Cotswolds Region with its picturesque villages and rolling hills, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We visit Bourton-on-the-Water, known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ with its beautiful bridges crossing the tranquil River Windrush. We then continue on to Hilton hotel at Reading where we stay for three nights.D
This morning we head to the famous town of Royal Windsor with its charming cobbled streets and medieval buildings, plus the magnificent castle which has been a Royal Palace and fortress for over 900 years. In the afternoon we board a river boat at Windsor Promenade for a two hour cruise along the River Thames with an afternoon cream tea served on board.B, D
A morning visit to the historic city of Winchester, England's ancient capital for 500 years, steeped in history and packed with historic buildings. Winchester Cathedral is one of the main attractions along with the Great Hall where King Arthur’s famous round table hangs on the west wall. In the afternoon we head to Laverstoke Mill for our visit to the Bombay Gin Distillery which will include a Cocktail Masterclass with sampling during the session, a self-discovery experience with an interactive map and a complimentary drink in the Mill Bar. The Cocktail Masterclass is an interactive session on cocktail culture providing the opportunity to learn and create cocktails with Gin Experts.B, D
We check out this morning and head to Shrewsbury, one of England's finest medieval market towns. The town centre is packed with timber-framed black & white buildings and quaint narrow streets, plus numerous listed buildings. Enjoy a lunch break here then we continue on home to North Wales.B
