The Hilton Doubletree is a modern hotel situated on the outskirts of Coventry. Day One
We travel to Coventry where the remainder of the day is at leisure. The popular Coventry Transport Museum houses the world’s largest collection of British made cars and engines, or you might like to the visit the Coventry Music Museum which features exhibits that commemorate the life and work of the most influential artists. Built in a modernist style, the architecture of the Coventry Cathedral is something to behold, and the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum is filled with wonderful art work and historical artefacts. After our time here we continue on to our hotel on the outskirts of the city.
DDay Two
We check out and travel to Warwick Castle where you can immerse yourself in a thousand years of jaw-dropping history, myth and adventure, all brought to life with spectacular live entertainment including jousting tournaments and bird of prey displays. Explore the stunning interiors, enjoy amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the castle towers, roam through acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and see the mighty Trebuchet, the largest working catapult in the world! We’ll commence our homeward journey during the afternoon.
