Dunblane is a small, attractive town located a few miles north of Stirling, a delightful town to explore with narrow winding streets and its beautiful cathedral with striking Gothic architecture, standing amid a clutch of oldworld buildings. Discover some of the Wonders of Scotland both old and new, enjoy a visit to Stirling, see the amazing Kelpies, experience the famous Falkirk Wheel and spend a day in the magnificent city of Edinburgh.

One of the most famous resort hotels in Scotland set in a stunning location with superb views, situated in ten acres of landscaped gardens. Facilities include restaurant, cocktail bar and two lounges, plus swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, and steam room. All the bedrooms feature LCD television, internet access, telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee tray. Lift available.

  • The fascinating steam powered Falkirk Wheel is a unique rotating boat lift built to link the Union Canal with the Forth and Clyde Canal some 35 metres above. We also visit Helix Park to see a great new attraction – the Kelpies, two amazing 30 metre high horse head sculptures. Enjoy an included tour to see the world’s largest equine sculptures.

  • We travel via the amazing new Queensferry Road Bridge across the Firth of Forth to reach the Scottish Capital city of Edinburgh where we have an included guided tour. Dominating the city skyline is the majestic Edinburgh Castle, an ancient fortress perched atop a volcanic crag with spectacular panoramic views of the city and beyond. The National Museum displays some of Scotland’s most precious artefacts and the historic Royal Mile houses the Whisky Experience amongst many other attractions.

  • We spend a morning in the nearby city of Stirling, the ancient former capital of Scotland. The streets of the old town all wind upwards towards the magnificent Stirling Castle, set 250 feet up on its craggy rock. Enjoy an included visit to the castle, one of Scotland’s most historically important sites. Other attractions include the Wallace Monument and the 19th century jail.
