It has historical links to Lord Nelson and was featured in the TV series ‘To The Manor Born’. Facilities include live nightly entertainment in the Pavilion Cabaret Room, heated indoor pool and spa pool, sauna, steam room and fitness studio, bowleasy, Decleor health & beauty therapies, pool table, snooker & darts, table tennis, boules, fun croquet, cycle hire, freshwater angling, library - Old House, The Terrace Room coffee shop and Pavilion bar.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

A full day excursion to Seaton & Sidmouth. Seaton welcomes thousands of visitors each year, who come for its peaceful landscapes and traditional seaside activities and shops. The elegant resort of Sidmouth is described as the quintessential English seaside resort and winner of a gold award in the Britain in Bloom competition (£20.00 per person)

A full day excursion visiting Dorchester and its popular market and then we continue to Weymouth, where its fine Georgian seafront is an impressive backdrop to the long arc of fine, golden sand (£20.00 per person)

We visit West Bay, also known as Bridport, which is a small harbour settlement on the English Channel coast in Dorset. We then continue to Lyme Regis, famous for geology and fossils, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the harbour and its famous stone construction known as the Cobb and the aquarium with its gigantic lobsters (£15.00 per person)
