ARVONIA DAY EXCURSIONS BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT

Full payment must be made at the time of booking and can be made by cash, debit or credit card. We regret that payment by cheque cannot be accepted.

 

TRANSFERRING YOUR BOOKING

Coach Only – You may amend or transfer your reservation to another departure up to 7 days before departure. Amendments are subject to a £4.00 administration fee. We are unable to transfer any bookings within 7 days of departure.

Coach & Ticket/Admission Package – We regret no amendments or transfers can be made to any booking involving admission charge, theatre or concert tickets

 

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

You, or any member of your party, may cancel at any time provided that the cancellation is made by the person in whose name we issued the confirmation of booking and is communicated to us in writing. The following charges will be applied for any cancellations made.

 

Coach Only – For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, a 100% cancellation charge will apply. For cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date a refund will be given less a £4.00 administration fee.

 

Coach & Ticket/Admission Package – We regret no form of refund can be made for any booking involving admission charge, theatre or concert tickets.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY US

We reserve the right to cancel any Day Excursion through insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances that would make it impossible to operate to an acceptable standard. You will be notified at least 3 days before departure if it is necessary to cancel a Day Excursion due to low numbers and a full refund will be given. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury or inconvenience sustained by any passenger through alteration or cancellations of any Day Excursion.

 

SEAT ALLOCATION

When your booking is confirmed you will be offered the best seats that are available at that time. Requests for particular seats can be made when booking but because allocations are made on a first come, first served basis you are recommended to book early. We reserve the right to change seat numbers if necessary.

 

ALTERATIONS

For operational reasons we reserve the right to alter the route and details of any excursions should unforeseen circumstances prevail.
