DDay Two
This morning, we journey to Stirling, a historic city that played a pivotal role in Scotland's battles for independence. Enjoy free time to explore at your own pace, perhaps step inside the imposing Stirling Castle, admire the towering Wallace Monument, wander the charming old town or uncover stories of the past at the Victorian-era jail.
In the afternoon, we travel to the Loch Lomond Shores Visitor Centre, where we board a relaxing one-hour circular cruise on the "Queen of the Scottish Lochs." Sailing across the tranquil South Basin, we will take in sweeping views of Ben Lomond and glide past elegant stately homes and ancient castles that dot the shoreline. Our route ventures towards Inchmurrin Island, the largest of Loch Lomond's 33 islands and the site of Lennox Castle's historic ruins. Throughout the journey, onboard commentary will bring the loch's landscapes, legends, and history vividly to life.
Day Three
A visit to bustling Edinburgh, a wonderfully atmospheric city dominated by its majestic castle perched atop an extinct volcano. With its incredible array of sights and attractions coupled with a tantalising mix of medieval and modern, the city is firmly placed as one of the UK’s top destinations.
