Day One
We travel to Manchester, arriving late morning. Spend the afternoon browsing the Christmas Markets which are scattered around the City Centre. The main market hub is in Albert Square where you will find a large Christmas market complete with food stalls, craft vendors, and a giant Christmas tree. This evening, we head to RHS Gardens Bridgewater for the spectacular RHS Glow, where we will enjoy a magical evening and see the garden in breathtaking beauty as amazing illuminations light your way on the spectacular glow trail.
Day Two
Today we travel to Bury where you will step on board the festively decorated, beautifully restored pullman carriages with polished panelling, luxurious furnishings, and crisp linen for a journey on the East Lancashire Railway. Sit back and relax with a sparkling welcome drink before enjoying a traditional Christmas lunch whilst being steam hauled through the picturesque Irwell Valley. After arriving back in Bury, we will then make our way back home to North Wales.
