Alpine Winter Adventure

Alpine Winter Adventure

Embark on an Alpine escapade as we journey through two picturesque Alpine regions, Germany and Switzerland, for a magical winter wonderland adventure. Experience some of the regions most scenic vistas as we visit the charming town of Füssen, where nearby the legendary Neuschwanstein Castle proudly stands as an enduring symbol of Bavaria and Germany, boasting its towering spires, authentic architecture and charming turrets.

Our journey then leads us into Switzerland, where we discover the charming lakeside city of Lucerne, nestled amidst breathtaking mountain panoramas. Lucerne is often considered Switzerland's most beautiful city, full of medieval buildings, charming narrow streets and many popular sights including the beautiful wooden Chapel Bridge and the impressive octagonal Water Tower.

The pinnacle of our holiday awaits with two unforgettable highlights: a visit to the summit of Juangfrau, only accessible via Europe's highest railway offering unparalleled vistas, and we enjoy a scenic voyage aboard the GoldenPass Express, whisking us from mountainous Interlaken to the glittering Montreux. Relax and savour the journey along this iconic route passing frozen rivers, glistening lakes and scenes straight out of a winter postcard.
