B, DDay Three
This morning, we venture to the captivating town of Brixham, a true gem steeped in history as a historic fishing town. Upon arrival, you'll have some free time, allowing you to immerse yourself in the quaint charm and picturesque allure of this coastal haven.
Later, we board the Brixham Ferry Boat for a short but delightful transfer across the glistening waters to the renowned resort of Torquay. Stepping ashore, you'll find yourself surrounded by the irresistible allure of Torquay's Mediterranean vibe, created by its palm tree-lined seafront, dreamy Italian-style white villas perched gracefully on the hillsides, and an array of fabulous boats and yachts dotting the marina.
After some time to explore Torquay, we make the short journey back to Paignton late afternoon.
Day Four
Today we head to the city of Plymouth with its renowned maritime heritage. Attractions include the famous Hoe with its memorials and statue of Sir Francis Drake, plus the Citadel, the Elizabethan Barbican with its quaint narrow cobbled streets and the Mayflower steps from where you can take a boat trip to see the naval dockyards and warships.
