Manchester is undoubtedly an excellent city break location with fantastic shopping, an abundance of restaurants and great nightlife. One of Manchester’s most iconic buildings is the 47 story Beetham tower, and we have included a truly unique afternoon tea experience at Cloud 23, located on the 23rd floor of the legendary Beetham Tower. Relax in style at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate hotel, situated in the lower 23 floors of the 47-storey Beetham Tower. This modern hotel’s 279 stylish guest rooms offer stunning city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and feature air conditioning, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi, iron / ironing board, hairdryer, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Day One

We drive to Manchester, arriving late morning where the remainder for the day will be at leisure. Manchester is a fantastic shopping destination featuring the Manchester Arndale shopping centre as well as high street destinations such as Exchange Square and Market Street that offer an excellent selection of international brands combined with some of the best of department stores. The city also boasts a diverse range of fascinating museums including the Museum of Science and Industry and the Imperial War Museum North. This evening, make the most of the city’s vibrant nightlife - from stylish bars and restaurant, cutting-edge clubbing to real ale pubs. Manchester's nightlife is as varied as it is exciting or you might wish to dine at the Hotel in their intimate Podium Restaurant, which serves fine British cuisine and a world wine list.

Day Two

This morning after breakfast, there will be some further free time to explore this fantastic city before we experience a traditional afternoon tea with a difference at the hotel. Cloud 23 is one of the best places for afternoon tea in Manchester, with spectacular panoramic views over the city and beyond. We depart Manchester late afternoon and being our return journey home to North Wales.
