Join us for a memorable overnight break to two of Britain’s most captivating seaside resorts: Blackpool and Southport. Our adventure begins in Blackpool, where there will be the chance to explore its renowned landmarks such as the iconic Blackpool Tower, the lively Pleasure Beach amusement park and the picturesque North Pier. During this weekend getaway we will also visit the charming resort of Southport, known for its elegant architecture and beautiful seafront. Discover the historic Southport Pier, take a leisurely stroll around the serene Marine Lake and indulge in some excellent shopping along Lord Street. DELTA HOTELS PRESTON

Originally a Victorian manor house, the Delta Hotels Preston is situated within its own grounds on the outskirts of Preston and provides the perfect base for this tour. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, television, radio, telephone, Wi-Fi, iron/ironing board, safe, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also features a restaurant and lounge bar area plus a leisure club with indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. Lift to all floors.

Day One

We head to Blackpool, where you can immerse yourself in a wealth of entertainment and renowned attractions. Enjoy the thrills of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, marvel at the Blackpool Tower's glittering ballroom, explore the fascinating Madame Tussauds Waxwork Museum and experience traditional amusements and shopping. In the late afternoon, make our way to our hotel, giving you time to unwind and take advantage of the facilities before dinner.

Day Two

This morning, we check out of our hotel and head to Southport, where you will have free time to explore this charming resort. Wander along the scenic pier and coastline or enjoy the lively shopping on Lord Street. With so much to see and do in this elegant Victorian seaside town, you will have plenty of opportunities to soak in its unique atmosphere. We return to home mid afternoon.
