The Vale of Evesham Blossom Trail & Stratford

Join us for a delightful springtime tour through the spectacular Vale of Evesham Blossom Trail and based in the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Stroll the timber-framed streets of Stratford-upon-Avon, soak up its rich history and perhaps visit some of the famous Shakespeare properties. Then we enjoy a guided coach tour along the Vale of Evesham Blossom Trail, taking in over 45 miles of orchards bursting with plum, pear, apple and cherry blossom. Along the way we pass charming villages with picturesque thatched-roof houses and stop in the Cotswolds town of Broadway, often called the “Jewel of the Cotswolds,” where you can explore its long elegant high street, browse boutique shops and enjoy lunch in this quintessential English village.

HILTON DOUBLETREE STRATFORD UPON AVON

The Hilton Doubletree Stratford is ideally located in the centre of Stratford and only a short walk to the main attractions. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, television, telephone, Wi-Fi, iron / ironing board, safe, hairdryer plus tea and coffee making facilities. Day One

We travel south to the charming historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon and check in to the centrally located DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford Hotel. The afternoon is free to begin exploring this picturesque town, known for its timber-framed buildings and rich cultural heritage. Take the opportunity to wander its streets, soak in the history and perhaps visit some of the Shakespeare properties, among the most famous and celebrated buildings in Britain.

Day Two

Today we check out of our hotel and embark on a guided coach tour through the spectacular Evesham Blossom Trail, celebrated for over 40 years as one of spring's greatest wonders. We begin at Evesham Valley Country Park and follow the route through the Vale of Evesham and surrounding areas, where some of the country's most productive horticultural land is alive with breathtaking displays of plum, pear and apple blossom. As we travel along the trail, the soft white blooms of plum and pear trees contrast beautifully with the pink hues of apple and cherry blossom, creating a stunning scene along the roadsides and orchards of the Vale. Throughout the journey, our knowledgeable guide shares local stories and insights, highlighting charming villages and scenic spots along the way. We also stop in the Cotswolds town of Broadway, renowned for one of the longest high streets in England, offering a chance to explore and enjoy lunch amidst this picturesque setting. After our guided tour, we depart mid-afternoon continue our journey back home to North Wales.
