Day One
We travel north through the Scottish Borders and on to the city of Dundee where we commence our four night stay at the Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa
D*Day Two
Today will be a day at leisure in Dundee. Explore the city's attractions, an opportunity to visit the the V&A Museum, see the award winning Verdant Works and visit Discovery Point, Dundee's most famous attraction where you can follow in the footsteps of Captain Scott and Ernest Shackleton aboard the RRS Discovery, the ship that took them on their first expedition to Antarctica.
BDay Three
We visit the town of St Andrews where Prince William and Kate Middleton met whist studying at the university. Described as one of Europe's finest towns St Andrews has its place in history, a lovely coastal resort that is home to the world's most famous golf course. This afternoon we travel the short distance to Kingsbarns Distillery for a perfect introduction to Scotch whisky on our guided tour and tasting. Following our tour we continue along the coast though the pretty fishing villages of Crail and Anstruther before returning to the hotel late afternoon.
BDay Four
This morning we experience a guided tour of the magnificent Scone Palace, the ancient crowning place of the Kings of Scots and a site of unparalleled significance in Scotland's history. This stunning architectural gem, celebrated as a national treasure, is truly the historic jewel in Scotland's crown. In the afternoon, we will explore the charming city of Perth, gracefully set on the banks of the River Tay. Once the nation's capital, this "Fair City" has been captivating visitors for over 800 years with its rich heritage and timeless appeal.
Day Five
This morning we check out of the Apex City Quay Hotel and commence our journey to North Wales
