Day One
We travel north through the Border Region to Edinburgh and check in to the Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh Hotel where we stay for the next three nights. This afternoon you can begin discovering the city centre before enjoying a meal in one of the city restaurants and sampling some of Edinburgh's nightlife.
Day Two
Today you will have a full day to explore this fantastic city. Dominating the skyline is majestic Edinburgh Castle, an ancient fortress with spectacular panoramic views of the city and beyond. The National Museum of Scotland houses some 10,000 of Scotland's most precious artefacts, and for shopping enthusiasts Princess Street is home to a number of department stores. The historic Royal Mile is truly bustling and is home to the Scotch Whisky Experience amongst many other attractions.
Day Three
Enjoy another full day at leisure in Scotlands Capital. Why not venture to the Ocean Terminal in Leith docks where you can climb aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia, one of Scotland's best visitor attractions.
BDay Four
A further morning at leisure in Edinburgh before we depart in the early afternoon and commence our homeward journey.
