The popular resort of Great Yarmouth is Norfolks premier coastal town boasting miles of golden sandy beaches backed by the Golden Mile Promenade. Some of the resort's many attractions include the historic South Quay and Heritage Quarter, the Time and Tide Museum where you can wander down a typical 1913 Row, plus the award winning Merrivale Model Village, Railway and Gardens, set over an acre of landscaped gardens with streams and waterfalls. We also visit the beautiful Norfolk Broads where we enjoy a River Cruise and Steam Train journey through the scenic Boards. Plus, discover the enchanting cathedral city of Norwich with a guided tour.
The family run Prom Hotel is a traditional seaside hotel situated on the golden mile just a short walk from the town centre. Facilities include the Mermaid Bar, the Strollers Restaurant and a games room. All bedrooms feature television, telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Lift to all floors.

Day One
We travel to Norfolk and make our way to Great Yarmouth where we check-in to the Prom Hotel.
DDay Two
We visit Norwich where upon arrival we will be joined by a local guide for a tour of the city which boasts some of the finest medieval architecture in Britain. Our tour will take in views of the castle, cathedral and various other sights as we learn about the city's fascinating history. The afternoon is free to explore, perhaps visit the magnificent Norman cathedral, boasting the largest cloisters in England, the second tallest spire in the country. Much of the original city wall can still be seen along with merchant houses and quaint cobblestone lanes with half-timbered buildings.
Day Three
This morning we take our seats on the Bure Valley Railway and commence a nine mile trip through picturesque countryside and quaint villages to arrive in Wroxham, the capital of The Norfolk Broads. From here we enjoy a leisurely cruise along the Norfolk Broads with full commentary from the skipper, explaining the origins of the Broads, identifying points of interest along the way and showing you the abundance of local water birds as they come into view.

Enjoy a day at leisure to unwind and explore Great Yarmouth.
Day Five
Following breakfast we check-out and board the coach for our homeward journey.
