Day One

We travel to London and check in at the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Hyde Park. The afternoon and evening are at leisure, giving you time to settle in and enjoy the city. The hotel is opposite Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, so you might choose a stroll among the gardens before dinner, or use the nearby Underground stations to explore further afield.

Day Two

We travel by coach to Ascot for Royal Ascot. With tickets for the Queen Anne Enclosure, you'll have access to trackside viewing lawns, Parade Ring viewing areas and the ground floor of the Grandstand. Take in the Royal Procession and enjoy the occasion's colourful fashion, pageantry and social atmosphere. Whether you choose to follow the racing or simply soak up the spectacle, there's plenty to experience around the enclosure. A formal dress code applies; please check Ascot's latest guidance before choosing what to wear. We return to the hotel after the event.

Day Three

Enjoy a free morning in London before we leave early afternoon for the journey home. You could take a final walk in Kensington Gardens, browse nearby shops or simply enjoy a relaxed start to the day before joining the coach.
