Day One
We make our way south to Shropshire where we board the Severn Valley Railway for a picturesque journey through the Severn Valley countryside, passing through charming villages and towns from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster. From here, we make our way to Birmingham and check into the Clayton Hotel Birmingham. Wander through the Jewellery Quarter, immerse yourself in the world-class museums and galleries or maybe treat yourself in one of the many department stores, shopping centres, and charming independent boutiques Birmingham has to offer.
Day Two
We travel to the award-winning Black Country Living Museum an unparalleled opportunity to step back in time and immerse ourselves in 300 years of Black Country history and heritage. Here, we will unravel the captivating tale of the Industrial Revolution and how it transformed the lives and livelihoods of its inhabitants. You can also trace some of the locations used in the filming of Peaky Blinders. We depart the Black Country Living Museum mid-afternoon and commence our onward journey home.
