During our stay we discover some of the Riviera's most iconic destinations. Explore glamorous Monaco, admire its magnificent harbour filled with luxury yachts and see the famous streets that host the legendary Formula One Grand Prix. Visit the enchanting hilltop village of St-Paul-de-Vence, one of the most beautiful villages in France, before enjoying a scenic cruise across the sparkling Gulf of Saint-Tropez to the world-famous resort itself. From chic cafés and elegant boutiques to its picturesque harbour and Provençal charm, St-Tropez perfectly captures the glamour and allure of the French Riviera.
To make this holiday even more enjoyable, our journey south includes an overnight stay in the lovely lakeside town of Annecy, affectionately known as the Venice of the Alps for its peaceful canals and magnificent mountain views. On our return journey home, we also spend time in the historic cities of Avignon and Beaune, both offering a welcoming mix of culture, charm and traditional French atmosphere.

Day One
We depart North Wales and travel to Folkestone for our Eurotunnel crossing to France. Continuing south through northern France, we arrive in the historic Champagne city of Reims for our first overnight stay.
Day Two
Following breakfast, we continue our journey through the heart of France to the enchanting Alpine town of Annecy. Nestled between crystal-clear waters and magnificent mountain scenery, Annecy is affectionately known as the "Venice of the Alps" thanks to its flower-lined canals, charming medieval streets and picturesque lakeside setting. Arriving during the afternoon, you will have the remainder of the day and evening at leisure to explore this delightful town, perhaps enjoying a stroll along the waterfront, discovering the historic Old Town or relaxing in one of its many inviting cafés.
BDay Three
Today our journey continues through the heart of France towards the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean and the glamour of the French Riviera. Travelling through ever-changing scenery, we arrive in the elegant city of Nice, beautifully situated on the dazzling Bay of Angels. After checking into our hotel, the remainder of the day is free to begin soaking up the atmosphere of this sophisticated Mediterranean resort.
BDay Four
Today is yours to enjoy at leisure in the elegant city of Nice. Wander through the charming Old Town with its colourful buildings, bustling markets and inviting cafés, browse the stylish boutiques that line the city's elegant avenues, or relax beside the sparkling Mediterranean on the famous Promenade des Anglais. Whether you choose to explore, shop, dine or simply soak up the sunshine, Nice offers the perfect blend of Riviera glamour, culture and Mediterranean charm.
BDay Five
This morning we travel inland to the enchanting hilltop village of St-Paul-de-Vence, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and best-preserved medieval villages in France. Enjoy time to wander through its cobbled streets, browse the many art galleries and admire breathtaking views across the Provençal countryside.
We then continue to Sainte-Maxime where we board a ferry for a scenic cruise across the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Arriving in the world-famous resort of St-Tropez, there is free time to explore its picturesque harbour, admire the impressive luxury yachts, browse the chic boutiques or simply relax in one of the stylish waterfront cafés.
Day Six
A wonderful day awaits as we visit the world-famous Principality of Monaco, a dazzling jewel of the French Riviera. Nestled between dramatic mountains and the sparkling Mediterranean, Monaco is renowned for its glamour, wealth and spectacular coastal setting. Spend time exploring its elegant streets, discovering the charming old quarter and taking in views of the luxurious harbour. You may wish to wander through Monte Carlo, admire the iconic Casino Square or enjoy a leisurely lunch whilst soaking up the unique atmosphere of this remarkable Mediterranean destination.
BDay Seven
We bid farewell to the French Riviera today and travel north to the historic city of Avignon, one of Provence's most fascinating destinations. Rich in history and character, Avignon is famed for its magnificent Papal Palace, elegant squares, the world-famous Pont d'Avignon and beautifully preserved medieval centre. Enjoy free time to wander through its atmospheric streets, relax and enjoy some lunch in a pavement café or admire the city's many historic landmarks before we continue to Lyon for an overnight stay.
BDay Eight
Today we continue our homeward journey, travelling through the heart of Burgundy to visit the charming town of Beaune, often regarded as the wine capital of the region. Surrounded by some of France's most prestigious vineyards, Beaune is renowned for its rich history, elegant architecture and beautifully preserved old town. There will be free time to stroll through its atmospheric streets, admire the colourful half-timbered buildings, explore the bustling squares and perhaps visit the famous Hôtel-Dieu, one of France's most remarkable historic landmarks. Later, we continue north through the French countryside to Reims, where we enjoy our final overnight stay.
BDay Nine
Our journey continues to Calais for our Eurotunnel crossing to Folkestone before returning home to North Wales after a memorable holiday on the beautiful French Riviera.
