Bodnant Laburnum Arch & Llangollen Railway

Bodnant Laburnum Arch & Llangollen Railway

Join us for a delightful day trip exploring the natural wonders of Bodnant Gardens and the charm of the Llangollen Railway. Nestled in the picturesque Conwy Valley, Bodnant Gardens is a horticultural gem, home to stunning floral displays, vibrant rhododendrons, and the breathtaking Laburnum Arch—a golden tunnel of cascading blooms that captivates visitors each spring.

In the early afternoon, we then step aboard the Llangollen Railway for a nostalgic steam train ride along the Corwen stretch. Travel through rolling countryside, over scenic bridges, and into a world of nostalgia as the rhythmic chug of the engine transports you to a bygone era. Arriving in Llangollen, you’ll have free time to explore its historic streets, browse unique shops, relax in a cosy tea room, or enjoy a peaceful stroll along the River Dee.
