The classic seaside resort of Weymouth boasts an impressive long arc of golden sands and a wonderful sweep of Georgian sea-front houses. The towns bustling harbour is regarded as one of the most picturesque in Britain. Steeped in history the 17th Century Waterfront is home to some of Dorsets finest pubs, restaurants and architecture. In the middle of town you will find Radipole Lake, an RSPB reserve that is excellent for bird watching and a great place to sit and relax. Other attractions include the sea life centre, Nothe Fort, the award winning Greenhill Gardens plus the Brewers Quay, a redeveloped Victorian brewery with family attractions and speciality craft and antique shops.
This traditional hotel is located in an excellent position at the top of Weymouths town centre, next to the town Bridge overlooking the historic fishing harbour, and just a few minutes' walk from Weymouths beautiful sandy beach and the Brewers Quay. All bedrooms feature television, radio, telephone, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also features a restaurant, bar and lounge area. Lift to all floors.

Day One
We travel south via the motorways to Dorset and to the resort of Weymouth.
DDay Two
A day at leisure to relax and explore the resort.
B, DDay Three
This morning we travel to Poundbury, where this new town only dates back to 1993 with its picturesque cottages, beautiful town square and fine architecture. We then continue to Dorchester, where you can browse around the popular Wednesday market. From here we continue to Bridport, this lively and vibrant town has an eclectic mix of independent shops and cafes that give the town a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. After lunch we make the short journey to West Bay, which was the setting for the popular television series, Broadchurch. After some free time to look around and see the famous cliffs, we return to Weymouth via coast road and the Isle of Portland.
B, DDay Four
Today we take a drive to the Isle of Purbeck where we visit the quaint thatched village of Corfe Castle, with its two main streets of buildings constructed with local grey Purbeck limestone, overlooked by the dramatic Castle ruins that stands on a natural hill guarding the principal route through the Purbeck Hills. We continue to the resort of Swanage, proper old-fashioned, traditional Victorian seaside town set at the heart of Purbeck described as the gem of the Dorset coast. After some time to explore, take in the views, stroll along the restored pier or simply relax on the 'blue flag' quality beach we return to Weymouth where the remainder of the afternoon will be at leisure.
B, DDay Five
We check out this morning and commence our journey home to North Wales.
